London based Mick Elysée, is a French trained Chef with more than 20 years experience is some of the most prestigious restaurants, five-star hotels and private members clubs in Europe. I have left my traditional professional pathway to start my own business of private chef/ restaurant consultant around my speciality called Afro-fusion. 

  “My social media platforms are all about my passion for culinary art and African culture. I share tutorials, recipes and live cooking classes every day to raise awareness on the high standard of our culture and the health benefits of a healthy African diet.” Says Mike.

Chef Mick started his business 7 years ago by selling my cupcakes at a local Christmas market. My goal in this entrepreneur life is to elevate the African and mostly Congolese cuisine to a higher standard where it will rank close to first place on the food menu in many parts of the world.

As for his future plans, Chef Mick is working hard to have my product ready to be sold in mainstream supermarket locally. Hopefully, I will have it sold in all 5 continents!
